Chartered in 1951, the Lehigh Valley Builders Association (LVBA) is a non-profit, trade organization representing active builders, developers, and remodelers, as well as professionals, subcontractors, and suppliers associated with the building industry in Lehigh and Northampton counties. Through a variety of educational services and industry events, LVBA strives to enhance members' professionalism and their ability to meet the needs of the community for quality, affordable housing.

Lead Based Paint Delay The EPA announced a delay in enforcement.
DEVELOPMENT PERMIT EXTENSIONS On July 6, 2010, Governor Rendell signed into law Act 46 of 2010 (SB 1042), which, among other things, extends Government Agency issued land-use approvals that have expired or are about to expire. Government Agencies include Commonwealth departments and agencies as well as municipal governments, authorities and commissions.
